DESCRIPTION:Chilthorne Domer church are hosting a People’s Emergency Briefing\, all over 16s welcome. \nWhat is the People’s Emergency Briefing?\nIt is a 50-minute documentary\, released on 7 April 2026\, presenting the UK’s climate and nature crisis along with potential responses.\nIt has been produced by the National Emergency Briefing initiative to ensure the UK public is fully informed about the climate and nature emergency. It draws on a November 2025 briefing in Westminster\, where ten leading UK experts addressed over 1\,200 politicians and influential figures on the implications of climate and nature breakdown for health\, food systems\, national security\, and the economy. \nThe documentary combines scientific evidence with reactions from the public and familiar figures\, including Chris Packham\, Jennifer Saunders\, Deborah Meaden\, and a former general\, to make the information accessible and relatable. \n  \n  \n
