SUMMARY:Living well with conflict workshop
DESCRIPTION:Conflict is a normal everyday occurrence in all our lives – in our homes\, our workplaces and in our communities. The Ammerdown Centre recognises that many of us struggle with how to deal with differences and conflict well – in a way that prevents it escalating and can instead strengthen our relationships and communities. \n\n\n\nIf you would like to better understand conflict and gain some simple tools to address it in your life\, community\, or workplace – then please join us on Tuesday 2 September at the Ammerdown Centre (9.30am – 2pm) including morning tea and lunch. \n\n\n\nAll of us can feel the stress of an upcoming conversation that we think will be difficult. Join us in learning some simple tools and tips for preparing and handling yourself for such conversations. This interactive workshop will give participants an opportunity to not only learn about such tips and tools\, but also an opportunity to practise and gain confidence in using them. For full details\, see the Ammerdown website.
