Growing in faith with others
God created us to be in relationship with others, with the Trinity as the example at the heart of our faith – Father, Son and Holy Spirit complete in themselves but also part of a greater whole. Taking the opportunity to explore our faith with others, is often a source of growth. It’s a bit like exercise – we intend to do it on our own but sometimes it’s when we do it with others that we do it more and enjoy it more. Many people find that they grow in faith by their service to others – seeing Christ in other people, often people in need. It’s very common for people to want to help others and then discover that they have gained as much as the person they are helping.
