Oversight ministry

Oversight Ministry training will be undertaken through a ‘Learning Communities’ approach. Starting January 2024, the Learning Communities will meet once a month for six sessions for specific input over an average of 10 months. There will be different communities available, each aimed at different groups, including; incumbents with oversight, first incumbents (new?) and Area and Lay Deans as oversight ministers across deaneries.
