We want to support school leaders in rediscovering the joy in their vocation and flourish in their roles. Working in schools in the current climate is challenging, leading others in this context even more so. Within these days we will provide you with a supportive, safe, environment; space and time for school leaders to share and learn from one another. We will also be inviting expert or experienced practitioners from a range of backgrounds to speak into this space. Ultimately, we want to resource you, so you might resource others across your own teams. This event is specifically for head teachers/executive heads/heads of school. These days are for both those who joined us in 2025/26 and for those who didn’t – we are preparing some fresh content and ideas for the 2026/27 academic year.
