Community Engagement Lead – Grow for Life

Do you love meeting people, making connections and bringing communities together?

We’re looking for a Community Engagement Lead working across Bath, North East Somerset and Wiltshire, who loves meeting people, building relationships and making a difference. Help us grow the number of people we can support through our therapeutic gardening sessions by increasing our connections with local communities, healthcare professionals, churches and supporters.

This is a varied, people-focused role where you’ll be:
– Building relationships with local organisations, healthcare professionals and community groups
– Raising awareness and increasing referrals to our gardening programmes
– Organising events, sharing our stories and inspiring others to get involved

We’re looking for someone who’s a natural networker, a confident communicator and passionate about making a difference. The role is for 22.5 hours per week, worked flexibly and is for an initial one year contract with potential to extend
