Bishop Michael called to serve in the House of Lords
The Rt Revd Michael Beasley, Bishop of Bath and Wells, has been called to serve in the House of Lords as one of the Church of England’s Lords Spiritual.
A new look diocesan website
You may notice that our Diocese of Bath and Wells website looks a little different.
From today (21 September) you will notice that our Diocese of Bath and Wells website looks a little different. As well as having a fresh new look, the site has a new menu style and improved search facility to help users find the information they need more easily.
We hope that you enjoy the refreshed look and feel of the site, which we will look to continue to improve over the coming days, weeks, and months.
Bath and Wells is part of a consortium of over 15 Church of England dioceses who work with one website provider, Ink and Water, who provide a common website platform which can be tailored to meet the needs of each diocese’s visitors. As well as offering cost savings for all dioceses, the arrangement allows dioceses to learn from one another and make improvements to the benefit of all their website visitors.
