We serve the one million people of our diocese – from Portishead in the north to Crewkerne in the south, Minehead in the west and Frome in the east. We have 466 parishes and 181 church schools.
Staff in the central team are based in modern offices on the edge of Wells, which is home to the diocesan Cathedral. While some of our roles carry a genuine occupational requirement for Christian faith, many do not. Should you join us, you will be part of a team made up of committed individuals from diverse faith and non-faith backgrounds and experiences.
