St Andrew's Church has a well-maintained 2-manual Vowles pipe organ and a small mixed-age RSCM-affiliated choir which we are seeking to grow and develop.
We are looking for an accomplished organist and choir leader with knowledge and understanding of the Anglican choral tradition to lead the choir and recruit new members (children and adults), including working with our neighbouring school.
The role is for approx.30 hours per month (negotiable); the salary is c.£6,000pa. Additional fees for weddings and funerals in line with RSCM rates. The appointment subject to enhanced DBS.
