St Paul’s Church in Weston-super-Mare is running a thought-provoking Holy Week Experience with an immersive walk-through prayer event. Revd Craig Philbrick, Vicar at St Paul’s Church says, “The Holy Week Experience seamlessly fuses the sacred with the contemporary. Imagine IKEA meets Easter, and you'll begin to grasp the innovative and engaging nature of this unique spiritual journey.”
The experience, which is open from 26 to 28 March, between 9 am and 9 pm, takes individuals and families on a 45-minute transformative encounter, that retraces the steps of Jesus on His journey to the cross. The experience is completely free and is open to everyone.
Craig, expressing his excitement about the upcoming event, says, "We wanted to remove any barriers that might prevent people from participating in this transformative experience. The Holy Week Experience is a gift to our community, a chance for everyone to immerse themselves in the spirit of Easter without any financial burden".
The Holy Week Experience and immersive walk-through prayer event is designed to resonate with individuals seeking a deeper connection with their faith in a way that is both meaningful and accessible. The one-of-a-kind experience offers participants a chance to engage in reflective prayer, blending ancient traditions with a modern twist.
The Holy Week Experience promises to be a transformative and unforgettable encounter, blending tradition with a fresh, contemporary approach to prayer.
