We welcome James Millard who has joined Bath and Wells as the Head of Property and Glebe.
James is a Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience in the regional and national real estate industry. He brings with him a wealth of expertise in rural property and land management. Before starting his role with the Diocese James was running his own consultancy. Prior to that he was a Senior Associate Director with Strutt and Parker, a national firm of property consultants. James worked with the firm for more than 12 years.
Joining the diocese in the middle of a pandemic, when he has been unable to meet many people face to face, has, James admits, been ‘challenging’, but he says he has appreciated the warm welcome he’s been shown and the support he’s received from the diocese, and the Property Team.
