Most churches now offer numerous ways in which people can give gifts and donations to support their ministry and mission. As a result, it can often be challenging to make people aware of all the various ways available to support their church.
To help alleviate this challenge the diocesan giving and funding team has created ‘Ways to Give’ – a simple and effective way to promote all the possible ways in which someone can give to their chosen church.
Ways to Give is a completely free tool offering churches a dedicated single webpage on an easy-to-use website which provides comprehensive details (provided by the church) and facilitates links needed to enable giving.
In addition, when a church registers to use Ways to Give, a set of professionally designed pew tools and posters will be provided free of charge to distribute within your church that remind people about giving and direct them to the website. These simple resources contain an easy to remember web address and a single QR code enabling anyone to quickly and easily access the full range of methods available.
Ways to Give also facilitates a way for new givers to contact the church treasurer without the church needing to advertise their contact information. Givers can securely register their contact details and specify the reason they would like to get in touch through a simple form on the website. This information is then forwarded on to the church treasurer.
