The latest update from the Safeguarding team focuses on the time-saving benefits of the Safeguarding Dashboards and how easy it is for parishes to sign up to access their particular dashboards to manage the administration and governance of safeguarding where they are.
Ben Goodhind, Safeguarding Manager, says, "I appreciate the thought of moving over to Safeguarding Dashboards can feel like another time burden however they are designed to reduce the amount of time you spend on safeguarding."
Ben also provides an update on the diocese's involvement in the trial of 'Safeguarding Hubs', which is a national pilot to provide support in the area of safer recruitment.
