St. Peter's Church hosted a Teddy Bears' Picnic. The churchyard was bustling with excitement as children discovered teddy bears hidden among the trees and participated in fun games like flying teddies, a relay race around the church, and a challenging obstacle course.
After the games, everyone was invited into the church for a short service led by Rev'd Thea. We gathered to hear a story about Peter and enjoyed trying to sing faster than the piano, which brought plenty of laughter.
The event also featured a beautiful display about Peter, created by Draycott and Rodney Stoke CofE First School. The combination of outdoor fun and a meaningful church service made for a memorable afternoon that celebrated community and faith.
