We welcome Cesca who joins us as a Growing Faith Adviser in the Bath Archdeaconry. Cesca's role will have a focus on Youth Participation and will backfill some of Tony Cook’s duties whilst he takes on a more strategic role in the Education Department. This will ensure the Go Team maintains a presence on the ground in the archdeaconry supporting parishes and deaneries.
Before starting with the diocese Cesca worked at St Geoge’s House; a Christian Outdoors centre in North Devon, with a mission to share the love of God with children and young people.
Cesca said she's excited about starting work in Bath and Wells,"I’m looking forward to getting stuck in with raising the profile of youth voice across the diocese, exploring how we do this, and supporting creative ways of listening to and acting on what they have to offer. Part of my role will also be getting alongside paid workers in the Bath Archdeaconry- I’m looking forward to meeting everyone."
