We are looking for a new incumbent to take forward the work of the gospel in the parish.
We are a broad church with five congregations with four church buildings across the town and surrounding area. As we look to the next 10 years or more, we recognise our need and are praying for:
An exceptional leader,
• Who is able to adapt to the different missional contexts we have;
• Who can lead us further and deeper in mission and ministry;
• Who can help us to grow younger and engage with the local schools;
• Who can also embrace civic opportunities;
We offer
• A capable and committed group of people, ready to welcome and work alongside the new incumbent;
• A team of licensed ministers and volunteers;
• An established parish office;
• A newly built rectory, close to the centre of town;
Keynsham is a rapidly changing town between Bath and Bristol, with an increasing population. It is also home to a thriving music and arts scene. We are already engaged with the local community, but want to see more fruit from our labour.
There is much to do, but we are hopeful and praying for the right person to come to us and lead us on.
