Bishop Michael joined Christchurch Primary School for the official opening and blessing of its brand-new Nurture Hub facility, a dedicated space designed to support the emotional and social wellbeing of its pupils.
Pupils at Holy Trinity Church School in Yeovil have been learning about the work of the international development agency Christian Aid and have raised more than £500 to support the charity’s work on tackling poverty.

The results of the independent review into safeguarding in the Diocese of Bath and Wells and Wells Cathedral have been published today. INEQE, who are in the process of evaluating the quality of safeguarding practice in all Church of England dioceses across the country, undertook the audit of Bath and Wells in March 2025.
