The new service at Milborne Port offers worship, familiarity, friendship and community
Last weekend, Christians from across the Diocese of Bath and Wells joined thousands of others at this year’s New Wine gathering at Shepton Mallet Showground.
A resource for those who wish to hold a prayer vigil for Gaza is now available to download. It can be used by those who wish to join Bishop Michael in prayer this weekend.
Bishop Michael will be holding a prayer vigil for Gaza in the chapel at the Bishop’s Palace at 17:00 on Sunday, 3 August 2025. The vigil will be open for anyone to attend. Those who can’t join Bishop Michael at the chapel are being encouraged to join in and pray where they are, at a time to suit them.
