The latest update from the Safeguarding team
St George’s Wilton Community Fridge has officially opened, launching its efforts to combat food waste within the local community.
On Sunday 2 September, we hold Archbishop Albert Chama, and the people of the Diocese of Lusaka, in our thoughts and prayers, as Archbishop Albert is enthroned as the new Bishop of Lusaka.
On a sunny Sunday in July, the community of St. Peter’s, Portishead gathered for the baptism of youth member Jacob. The church joined together and worshiped on the beach before heading down to the waterfront for the ceremony itself.
Throughout the school summer holidays, churches across Bath and Wells have been providing chances for community support through a blend of food, faith, and enjoyment.

The new memorial website is the result of 8 years of research by Bath Abbey’s archive team of staff and volunteers which was carried out as part of the Footprint Project, funded largely by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
