St George’s Wilton Community Fridge has officially opened, launching its efforts to combat food waste within the local community.
On a sunny Sunday in July, the community of St. Peter’s, Portishead gathered for the baptism of youth member Jacob. The church joined together and worshiped on the beach before heading down to the waterfront for the ceremony itself.
Throughout the school summer holidays, churches across Bath and Wells have been providing chances for community support through a blend of food, faith, and enjoyment.

The services were held at Wells Cathedral, Bath Abbey and Taunton Minster
Each year tens of thousands of young pilgrims make the trip to the small village of Taizé in central France to share in the community's way of life.
