- Able to both lead and listen, inspire and initiate
- Good communication skills, sense of humour and a collaborative “can do” approach
- Enthusiasm for developing lay ministry and participation
- Comfortable with traditional and innovative styles of worship
- Experienced in working with children and young people
- Enthusiastic to mould our two parishes into a new UNITED Benefice
