The Bishop of Bath and Wells, the Rt Revd Peter Hancock, commissioned a Lessons Learnt Review in May 2019, with the objective of ascertaining the key actions and decisions of the diocese; whether these were in line with national policy and what lessons can be learned for the future.


Past Case Review work continues

Nearly all of our parishes have responded to Bishop Peter's request last March to confirm that any safeguarding issues they were aware of had been reported to the safeguarding team.
