Clergy and lay leaders Pre-Advent Retreat Day

Clergy and lay leaders from across our diocese have been invited to attend this year’s Pre-Advent Retreat Day at Wells Cathedral on Tuesday, 25 November. The speaker for this year’s event will be Cardinal Timothy Radcliffe OP, Dominican Priest and former Master of the Order, theologian, and renowned author and preacher.

Environmentally friendly Christingle and family service at St John's Highbridge

St. John the Evangelist Church in Highbridge took a fresh approach to their Christingle celebration by cutting down on the waste traditionally left behind Instead, they introduced an innovative “almost fully edible” Christingle and made angel wings from recycled milk containers.
