It has been announced that Bishop Ruth has been invited to be the Acting Diocesan Bishop of the Diocese of Coventry following the retirement of the Bishop of Warwick, the Rt Revd John Stroyan and the appointment of the Bishop of Coventry, the Rt Reverend Dr Christopher Cocksworth, as the Dean of Windsor.
Mila Tsoneva, who is a specialist vocal scholar, travelled to Zambia to further her knowledge of African choral traditions.

The Church will be well represented at Glastonbury this year. The Church Tent returns and you may also see Revd David McGeoch, St John's Glastonbury, on his rounds around the site as Chaplain as well as Revd Diana Greenfield, Pioneer Chaplain.
Bishop Michael has written to all parishes in the diocese to share the latest financial position of the diocese and to stress the vital role that parishes play in enabling mission and ministry across the diocese, through all the work done including meeting their parish share contributions to our Common Fund.
13 new Deacons will be ordained at Wells Cathedral.
